In all baths of the Kannewischer Collection, we offer many possibilities to enjoy the positive effects of healthy thermal water. Whether it is just for relaxation or to be physically active, the thermal water offers the perfect conditions. That way, the muscles can relax and your body reduces the production of stress hormone cortisol, which positively influences the vegetative nervous system.

Relaxation for body and soul

For a fast and efficient relaxation, we recommend the brine intensive pools of our thermal spas. The water has a salinity of up to 12%, which makes the body float on the surface. By depriving the body of outside simulation, it descends into a state of deep relaxation. Normally, this state is only achievable in deep sleep. This is the perfect way to reduce stress and to recharge.

Wholesome training for the body

The most striking feature of water training, i.e. Aqua Gym or Aqua Nordic Walking, is its wholesome approach. Fitness, the circulatory system and of course the heart itself all benefit from training. Additionally, the training of the whole musculoskeletal system is up to five times more effective when compared to a regular, non-aquatic training. The thermal water also provides a feeling of weightlessness, which improves the posture without putting a strain on the joints.
